The stunning flood that killed more than two dozen campers and counselors along a river at Camp Mystic in the Texas Hill Country was the result of extraordinary rain and walls of water. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said his state "will not stop until every missing person is found" following devastating flooding in central Texas over the Fourth of July weekend that left at least 104 dead. Ten young girls and a counselor from Camp Mystic in Hunt remain missing Tuesday.
