We’re officially through four weeks of the NFL season, and the injuries continue to pile up. Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson left his team's game against the Steelers with an oblique strain. His teammate Jonathan Taylor exited earlier with an ankle injury. Packers receiver Christian Watson also suffered a high ankle sprain against the Vikings.

Richardson played just 13 snaps last week before exiting in the first quarter after taking a hit from Steelers' Minkah Fitzpatrick.
