Suzanne de Passe spent many years as Berry Gordy Jr.'s protege at Motown, ultimately becoming the second-most siginficant executive in the company's storied history. This week de Passe -- still active in creating film and television programming -- follows Gordy's footsteps again by receiving the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's Ahmet Ertegun Award for non-performers.

The 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be held at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in downtown Cleveland on Saturday, Oct. 19.
