A former Harris County Precinct 4 constable deputy is out on bond after he was charged with two counts of sexual assault.Ray Alexander Thompson made his first appearance in court Friday morning. He's accused of using his title as a deputy to take advantage of his victims in at least two different cases.

A former Harris County deputy constable, Ray Thompson, is charged with sexual assault, accused of using his position to coerce and assault two women in 2022 and 2023.

In August, the 36-year-old victim told investigators that she consumed alcohol. After that, the detention officer took her home, where she says he sexually assaulted her.

Former Harris County patrol deputy has been charged with two counts of sexual assault after he allegedly drugged one woman before the assault.

Jeleel Williams, 26, is accused of taking the victim, who had been drinking, to his house after a detention academy graduation ceremony in July.

The former Precinct 4 deputy constable is accused of intimidating an 18-year-old at the Galleria with his badge and sexually assaulting her, and authorities think there may be more victims.
